The world renowned Henley Royal Regatta is a rare event where the picturesque setting, magnificent views and revelry are all an essential part of the day.

Hospitality Packages

Fawley Meadows

We offer a choice of official hospitality facilities at the 2010 Regatta. Riverside marquees providing stunning views of the River are available for 30 guests and above. Bookings for 2 guests or private tables are available.

Temple Island .

Temple Island Restaurant

No number is too few for a reservation within our riverside restaurant where private tables are guaranteed for a minimum of two guests

River Cruise (Optional)

For every guest reserving a hospitality package, there is the opportunity to include a river cruise along the Regatta course. Pimms, Bucks Fizz and soft drinks will be served as you cruise along the course from start to finish, approximately one and a half hours.

All Hospitality Packages include:-

Admission to Temple Island Enclosure
Morning coffee on arrival
Champagne, Pimms and canapé reception
Four course luncheon
Fine wines, port and brandy
Traditional afternoon tea with strawberries and cream
Complimentary bar throughout the day including Champagne
Official programme (one per two guests)

Colour television within the chalet
Reserved car parkingt
Riverside bandstand featuring morning and afternoon jazz
Event documentation to include the days itinerary and information
Hostesses in attendance to ensure the smooth running of the event
